Maxwell Boadi who murdered his pregnant wife arrested

Suspect Maxwell Boadi, 44-years has been arrested from his hideout at Kodie by the Kodie District Police Command.

He allegedly murdered the wife at Nyekyerenyase over the weekend

The deceased, Betty, 31-years was customarily married to Maxwell for the past 4-years and stayed at Nyankyerenease in the Kwadaso Municipal of the Ashanti Region untill her demise.

This incident happened on eve of last Saturday when they both had returned from the market where Maxwell bought a knife he used to stab Betty as alleged.

They had a 6-year old boy who was also named after the husband and murderer, Maxwell.

Explaining the arrest to the media, the Public Relations Officer for Ashanti Regional Police Command, ASP Godwin Ahianyo had this to say.
