iCODE a business and technology incubator which trains people on entrepreneurship in collaboration with Ghana TechLab has held a regional digital skills job fair (also known as a career fair or job expo) for youths in western region.

It was a recruiting event to help find and connect the best young digital talent in the region with some of the region’s biggest tech employers and also to help the talents secure job opportunities.

This is to create an avenue where employers find and connect the best young
digital talent in the region and help those talents secure job opportunities.

It creates an avenue where employers explain to potential employees all about current job
openings, the application process and anything else regarding the organization.

Furthermore, trainees at the Regional Digital Skills Job Fair benefited from Networking with potential employers, Access to free workshops, resume review, Interview practice, Learn about job opportunities in your industry and Access to meet multiple employers at a time.
