Gay partners in Kasoa to be taken to court

Two gay partners who were arrested by the Ghana Police Service, would be taken before the Ofaakor Circuit Court.

The accused persons are Prince Nyator 22, and Evans Amoah 23.

The duo where arrested yesterday after organizing a mob action against the other and inflicting cutlass wounds on the partner for denying him sex yesterday in the evening.

The jealous partner Evans, after being denied sex by his gay partner Prince as a result of having a girlfriend according to information accused him (Prince) of stealing leading to severe beatings by a group of youths in the area and inflicting cutlass wounds on him.

The duo are said to be employees of a fried rice joint (name withheld) at the Kasoa New Market.

According to owner of the joint, he rented an apartment for the duo to accommodate them, but unknowing to him, the two have been engaging in gayism over the period.

According to sources, the duo met on Facebook, where Evans sent Prince an amount for transportation after he (Prince) agreed to become his (Evans) gay partner in exchange of employment at the fried rice joint after the complaining of lack of employment.

Prince reportedly came from Ho in the Volta Region, and has since been with Evans.

The case has been moved from the new market police station to the Divisional Command.
