Florence Ansere-Bioh is the Community Affairs & Public Relations Manager for Tarkwa and Damang Mines.

Florence has considerable experience in community relations and communication, land access and impact mitigation, compensation, resettlement, sustainable local development & conflict management.

Prior to joining Gold Fields, she had worked in different capacities at various places, including the Crops Research Institute of the CSIR, Newmont and Perseus Mining Ghana Limited.

Florence holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with Political Science and an MPhil in Sociology, both from the University of Ghana, Legon.

She is married with 3 children.
