Meek Mill phone found; suspect in Police Grips

The Ghana Police Service says the stolen phone of American rapper Meek Mill has been found.

One suspect whose name is given as has Nuhu Sule alias Ababaawa was arrested Friday, December 30, 2022, at his hideout in Accra in connection with the theft.

The suspect is currently in Police custody and will be taken through the due process of the law.

The rapper, Meek Mill had announced on Instagram how he was pickpocketed, pleading with all to bring “that Jawn” back if found.

He is said to have later reported the crime to the police in Accra, leading to the arrest.
